Chances are, you’re probably struggling in your business in some way. That problem may not be patient volume; it may be that you have no free time to do the things you want to do. Maybe if you go on vacation, you lose income. I used to be there too.
Here’s what you need to do to encourage growth!
Ask yourself these questions:
- Where are you right now?
- How much revenue do you have? How much do you need?
- Do you have the number of patients you’d like?
- What marketing strategies are working?
- What’s not working?
- How much time do you have with your family? How much do you want?
- Are you able to work out daily? Do you have free time?
- Where do you want to go?
Sometimes, it’s hard to know the answers to these by yourself. There have certainly been times when I’ve helped my Mastermind students see things that were right in front of them. We all do this.
