We stand behind our products, and your satisfaction is important to us. Unless otherwise noted below, all qualifying products are covered by a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee for 10 days from the date of purchase.

If you are unsatisfied and feel that the product purchased will not help you grow your business or improve your life or the lives of others, you may request a refund within 10 days of your original purchase by emailing: [email protected]. Refunds are issued minus any shipping, handling, or payment processing fees.

CashPT® Blueprint Course

The above 10‑day Satisfaction Guarantee applies to the CashPT® Blueprint course. Refund requests must be submitted within 10 days of purchase to [email protected]. After 10 days, no refunds are available for the CashPT® Blueprint course.

Group and Private Coaching Programs

Our Personal Profitability Guarantee applies to our group and private coaching programs, as outlined in your signed coaching agreement. If you do not wish to continue after your “love it or leave it” period, you must provide at least 5 business days’ notice. After your “love it or leave it” term, if you wish to cancel your coaching program, you must submit a cancellation request with at least 14 days’ notice to [email protected]. Please refer to your individual contract for full cancellation and payment terms.

Physical Book (Print Book)

Our book is printed and shipped on demand by a third‑party fulfillment provider. Once an order is placed, it is automatically sent to our provider for printing and shipment and cannot be changed, cancelled, or refunded. All book sales are final.

We do not provide refunds for change of mind, failure to read the product description, or accidental/duplicate purchases made on the same or different days. If your book arrives damaged, misprinted, or you receive the wrong item, please contact [email protected] within 30 days of delivery with your order details and photos so we can work with our provider to replace the item.

Digital Products and Upsells

All digital products, including downloads, mini‑trainings, and one‑time upsell offers, are final sale and non‑refundable once delivered or accessible. We do not offer refunds for change of mind, failure to review the offer details, or accidental/duplicate purchases made on the same or different days. Please review your cart carefully before completing your purchase.

Live Events

Due to the nature of live events, all live event tickets and related purchases are non‑refundable unless otherwise stated in the specific event terms at the time of purchase. In limited circumstances (such as event cancellation by us), we may offer a refund or transfer at our discretion.
